LOG FILES

Using Chathub Software as a service. When you use any Chathub Software as a Service, we store all of the content you provide, including but not limited to team member accounts, files, images, project information, and any other information you provide to the services you use.

 

For any Chathub software as a service , we also collect data on the use of the software. This may include, among others, user numbers, flows, emissions, etc.

 

Types of personal information:

 

(i) Members: identification, publicly available social media profile information, email, IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookie data, browser data); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).

(ii) Users: publicly available social media profile identification and information (name, date of birth, gender, geographic location), chat history, browsing data (including chatbot usage information), application integration data and other electronic data sent, stored, sent or received by the final members and other personal information, to the extent that the Client determines and controls it in its sole discretion.

 

Chathub PRO members . When you sign up for Chathub with a Chathub PRO subscription, we collect information to process your payment and create your customer account. This information includes name, email address, physical address, telephone number and company name when applicable. We retain the last four digits of your credit card to allow you to identify the card used for future purchases. We use a third-party service provider to process your credit card transactions. These third parties are governed by their own agreements.

 

Member generated content. Our products and services often give you the option to provide feedback, such as suggestions, praise, or problems encountered. We invite you to provide comments and to participate with comments on our blog and community page. If you choose to post a comment, your member name, city, and any other information you choose to post will be visible to the public. We are not responsible for the privacy of the information you choose to post on our website, including on our blogs, or for the accuracy of the information contained in those posts. Any information you disclose becomes public information. We cannot prevent such information from being used in a way that could violate this Privacy Policy, the law or your personal privacy.

 

Data collected by and for our Members. By using our Services, you can import into our system personal information that you have collected from your Users or others. We have no direct relationship with your Users or with anyone other than you, and for that reason, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission to collect and process information about those people. As part of our Services, we can use and incorporate in the functions the information you have provided, we have collected it or we have collected it about the Users.
